so i guess bolas triggers like reflect. :)

defiantly came in handy for me! who needs def anyway :)

There was a fight that was earlier in the quest. Eyehave9hp was stuck on it i believe. I used a cannon on it pre eoc... not sure if we can kill it now though


Bolas didn't work on the Giant Roc and on slash bash.
I also tried bolas on The Map from Death platue... didn't work. I used curses, Bolas, ASA, and Reflect at the same time on another acc and it didn't work lol... He even died and dropped bones to. Fear the almighty Woo Lord ...

Haunted Mine:

I decided to just go for it on another account.
Turns out on the fight he sometimes won't teleport after you curse him
(it can take a wile to get it like that)
But once you curse him and he stays their, you can recoil him successfully if you stand next to him. Make sure their is a yellow and red circle under him.
Dead! No HP xp gained :)

Casting Reflect or multiple curses might make him run away so just sit their and recoil him. He only has like 2.6k lifepoints

That was a quick 1-34 strength lol Fear the almighty Woo Lord ...

After Much Testing Eyehave9hp and I managed to get the Salve Amulet (e)

It took a lot of testing but wasn't that hard to do:

first Kill the first form normally
then recoil the 2nd form. I had to use bolas because curses didn't cut it. I believe eyehad9hp used reflect.

Their is a issue where the 2nd for will only hit 1's and 0's...
What you do it:
Curse Tarn (hit it with bolas)
then run away from it/ trap it behind a torch
when it isn't aggressive anymore (yellow/red circles go away), curse(bolas) a dog
then curse (bolas) Tarn.

He hits like 900s... so be careful lol Fear the almighty Woo Lord ...

Spirits of the Eild - Simple recoil works.

Eagles Peak - Recoil

Elemental Workshop Series - Recoil or TFK to get the elemental ore

Quiet Before the Swarm - 44 hp xp total, 22 xp from each creature killed. No way to recoil them to death, have to kill them normally. Optional quest if you want to complete it, not much on the list gives hp xp.

I have a Theory:

So Some monsters have been known to take minimal damage and not reward Constitution experience... I'm willing to bet that it's a set amount...
Maybe it's a ratio between damage delt and the monsters lifepoints...

I'm not sure on this though.. But if it's true, and we figure out what percent of damage we can inflict manually on all creatures without getting experience, it could clear up some quests that reflect and bolas might not be able to do. Fear the almighty Woo Lord ...
