Nice list there.
I'll help add my insights into the Skillers Only tab for others' reference:
Blood Pact: PTR is doable as a skiller without using DTD, albeit rather hard, requiring certain gear.
Death of Chivalry: Can not be done as you are awarded 250 Magic and Strength during the course of the quest.
Biohazard: Pure R does not work; haven't tested BP. Friends can help kill the mourner, as long as you deal 1 point of damage or more to finish the kill for fractional XP.
The Feud: R suffices, but BP may be needed since the BN nerf due to the short time limit on these fights.
Lost City: Can also be done with R if you have no friends.
Troll Stronghold: Can also be done with R + B without poison, hitting physical damage once onto Dad. Make sure to take BN off when under 500 hp, as the quest only advanced for me when he offered to surrender; death by poison or BN before offering to surrender only respawned him at the gate.
Also, there are a couple of quests missing from that list:
A Tail of Two Cats
Contact! - BP then K when it drops to 1 hp. High damage, high hp, bring many brews and 2 rings of recoil, probably want a friend to help clear the dungeon.
Itchlarin's Little Helper: R Crondis/Het/Apmeken/Scabaras. Possessed Priest is currently bugged so DTD must be used.
Family Crest: DTD Chronozon.
One Small Favour: BP Slagilith, TVO may be required since the damage nerfs on the BN. If BP doesn't credit, can hit very low physical damage for fractional xp gain. Going to test BP on the dwarven gang later.

Taking out the unpredictable reward of Observatory and the bugged status of Shades, I'm coming up with a maximum of 125 QP obtainable by a skiller.

I'll patch up the skiller's list later tonight. The original list was created from a Pastebin someone had posted on Reddit - it was also missing "Clock Tower" originally. Lots of the info is also a tad dated as it came from this thread.
Like "Contact!" having a safe scarab to kill when it isn't.

I did Slagilith pre-eoc. Dwarves were post.
Dwarves: BP never worked for me - I had to tag with curse and do damage with Reflect. It was extremely buggy. I think the same bug that affects Evil Creatures effects these 3 dwarves -
but ALL THREE KILLS MUST REGISTER or you have to fight them again.

BP should work but it might take 20 attempts. It failed 11~ attempts for me before I used Reflect and it worked on the 2nd attempt for that.

He can be killed with 0 XP gains. BP til he dies, hit him once after he respawns, then world hop.

I've added a song list for 10HP Pures. I'm 99.95% sure that it's at least 15% wrong.
If anyone would like to give me Yes/No for any of the orange-colored "?"'s or verify the Yes/No's (1 or 0 respectfully) please post any corrections to this thread.
ATM total is 898 not counting unverified tracks. Keep in mind this number is probably +/- 30 or so wrong in regards to the yes/no anyways.

There are 940 obtainable songs. 22 are still uncertain (?'s) but I think of those only 6-10 are possible.
