Someone said a Jmod confirmed ancestor spirits does not give combat exp and that it counts for kill (counts as a hit coming from you unlike ring of recoil/vengeance) so you'd actually get a drop which i find so awesome ^^ flippers yaaay.
oh and shadow of the storm isn't that hard i beat agrith-naar just a week ago
Guthix rest tea (4) and some recoils should be entire inventory guthix rest tea heals you 50 and can get you 150/100lp if you quickly double click the drink you will drink 2 doses at once (100hp heal) all you have to do is keep your hp at 100+ so when your at 100hp take a drink of guthix rest if your at 33lp take 2 drinks and remain at 133lp untill you get under 100 again.
i finished him having 3 guthix rest tea's left and im level 3 ^^

That means you could reduce the total amount of Hp xp you'd receive from a lot of quest, which is awesome.

i sure would like that ancestor spirits aura now...
i've seen it hit a 82 i think so far :o
can finally 100% avoid combat exp from hitting in quests and stuff ^^
