Tree Gnome Village is possible, simply recoil the General.
Priest in Peril - Recoil Cerebus to low hp then kill him. You will receive very little xp, less xp for the lower his health is. He acts similar to pre-eoc xp. To get the key from the Zammy monk, just target and have a friend kill it.
13xp for killing Sir Ley in Recruitment Drive, there might be a way to get around him. The wiki says that after 4 encounters you won't be given him anymore, so that could be the way to avoid gaining the xp.
For Merlin's Crystal Sir Mordred's fight get interrupted, resulting in no xp so you can just kill him.
Holy Grail can be done without xp gain, simply recoil the Black Knight Titan and have Excalibur equiped when he dies and you should be set.
Creature of Fenkenstrain - Recoil the creature. Can also possibly get someone else to kill it assuming they haven't killed the creature/completed the quest, get a message saying something about not wanting the hurt the poor thing again if you have already finished the quest.
Big Chompy Bird Hunting - Have to kill it, no way to avoid the xp, 12-13 gain.
