I see Diamond in the Rought was classified as Recoil, but I've tried everything for about 20 min and monsters will not do damage, 0 defence (zam brew) + no armor on at all, and they still won't damage me.
Has anyone got any success on that quest?

Have you tested Blood Fury Necklace on this quest yet?

I tested it and sadly it doesn't work :(

I went back yesterday and I didn't work, even worse, when I tried to un-select autocast, instead of clearing it, it made my lv3 attack, making it level :'( lv4 now

I wish jagex would stop changing game mechanics, few months ago i got magic exp cuz they changed achievement diary gear from melee to hybrid, and now cuz leftclick spell function changes depending whether you are in or out of combat........this is such a dagger to the back.....

Be sure to support Blackston's Runelab to change all quest xp rewards to lamps. This will allow us to complete more quests over, such as the Elf and Fairy series. Simply go to runelabs click and idea, and in the address bar change the =idea# at the end to 1087. Once there read it over and click support if you agree. :) Blackston is a Naabe.

Hey Blackston (or anyone else with 1 defence), would you post what the best hp boosting/armour bonus armour we can wear is? or what you use? I won't be getting falador shield or achievement legs/boots. I do still have the varrock plate though.

right now im using dark bow, varrock body 1, first-tower robe legs + helm, rfd gloves 6, insulation boots, skillcape, glory, tokkul-zo. is there a neck-slot item that gives armour?

I'd prefer to upgrade to something easily obtainable/semi-cheap

first tower hat - 40 armour
varrock armour 1 - 59 armour
first tower robe bottom 44 armour
skillcape - 33 armour
insulated boots - 5 armour
tokkul-zo - 2 armour
culinaromancer's gloves 6 - 12 armour 200m hp Exp / Frost Fox

Some interesting news if any of you guys are going to do Fate of the Gods sometime.

Seems as though bashing the Nihils when their barriers are up do not work anymore. I've just been hitting constant 0s. The only way to do it is to punch or use a weapon on them. Since it doesn't actually do damage, just takes off the barrier, it still might be possible to not get HP xp from them.

That being said, I was trying to go for the Annihilator title. Their hits are so consistent, it's practically impossible... Death Touched Darts anyone?
