I have a scam situation: I got told to friend someone and he messaged me to go to gamers grotto. He gave me telegrab runes and let me telegrab 2k in the gamers grotto white portal then told me to telegrab 15m in the red portal. He told me to get my armour from the bank for a video. He put the money behind a tree so i had to move to get it. His friends were waiting and killed me. Their names were Fast SKIL and Mole Deer. I saw them on world 6, 39, 60, and 74. I will update as I see them on my contact list. This is just to help other players be aware of this type of scam and these scammers.

You might want to add red portal in gamer's grotto to the wilderness scam, someone tried to do it to me today. I knew basic scams, and since it seemed like you said, "too good to be true" The red gamer's grotto portal should be added in with the wilderness.

People. There is a new scam out there! Well, it starts out like this. A player asks what level you are at. Once then, they trade you the gamers necklace for you to teleport to Gamer's Grotto (so you can go to the white portal to train). Instead, the player takes you to the red portal where they show you where to train. But then, the player kills you and does not give you back the stuff. If I were you, avoid users that they plan to take you an area that will PK your stuff. That is all! (And the user who did scam me was Wa*ago - I believe that that might be the robes and the cool looking staff that he had). Now it would be cool if there was insurance for scams - but there isn't. I had to cover all the losses.
Edit: @SeerEsshound - Yeah I been to that kind of situation before. If I was myself, I wouldn't go to the Gamers Grotto just to get myself pked. Actually, the lost was the mystic robes (which was about 374.7k market value + 25.3k for the mystic air staff as well as the classic cape which was about 50k). So in total, I lost about 450k. Next time, I am not gonna go into these kinds of dangerous situations (whether it's in the wild or clan wars area).
