To Chat: Here's how I typically value experience: An hour of runecrafting is at most about 50k xp (ZMI). Let's say I value time at about 2.7M/hour. I would value 50k runecrafting experience at slightly more than 2.7M (because you make money at ZMI as well).
I haven't checked it in all situations, but it generally seems to be accurate. I'm sure I'm just doing the same thing Zarfot is doing, just in a different way
.
If you get nothing else out of it, get this: There is no "Cash option" and "Exp option" when training skills. When woodcutting, there's no "do yews for cash, willows for xp." Cash and experience are interrelated, and only ONE option can be the best.

I'm not sure what exactly is best to use dung tokens on. Is it best to pick a bonecrusher and get abut 1k pray xp/ hour from slayer? Is it best to get chaotic weapons? Is it best to simply spend all tokens on dungeoneering exp?
Picking a bonecrusher over, say 32k dungeoneering experience seems fairly justifiable. 32k dungeoneering experience can be earned within about 2 hours at most, and since the bonecrusher is infinite, it seems that simply spending every token on dungeoneering XP isn't the way to go.
I'm saving my dung tokens for now, until I come up with a solution =p.
Not totally worthless, you get a little bit of prayer xp more than you usually would. I'd estimate it would add up eventually. Someone who used one on their entire journey to get 200m slayer experience, for instance, would get a pretty decent sized prayer xp more than they otherwise would have!
True enough, but realistically you can't use it for all your tasks and if you're only going for 99 prayer the exp that you get from the bonecrusher would be insignificant.
