Ok so i want a Bone Crusher i am only about 30k tokens away from the goal. I want bone crusher in order to train some prayer whiel training slayer( it is always such a waste picking up bones and burying but i hate to see them go to waste. I Basically suck at dungeoneering

i understand this from 3 stand points

i need to get better att str def hits in order to last longer and get more exp therefor getting my bonecrusher faster(this is partly because of getting paired with ppl much higher level than me.)

Just keep training dung with current levels (kinda like your slayer principal)

Or keep trainign slayer normally (picking up and burying bones or leaving bones on ground)<---This becomes the ultimate question if the first 2 arent the right options

PS maybe you could use my problem as an example.

Good question Zip =p.

I believe that picking up/ burying bones is less efficient than letting the bones dissappear. I have not tested this, but I have heard this from other experienced efficient players.

Simply training melee skills without using slayer isn't really an option either, since you would still have to neglect bones and are missing out on slayer experience. Training melee without slayer (and I suppose you also inevitably train it a bit in dungeoneering) is a waste and innefficient =p.

I'd guess that it wouldn't make too much of a difference if you slayed for a bit and then went for the bonecrusher (missing out on a bit of prayer xp) or if you dd it now (loosing the slight advantage of higher stats while dungeoneering). Those are the main two choices, and it's not in my power to calculate a definate best selection at this time =p.

Very interesting guide - I haven't read anything like this for awhile. In fact, I think that the last time I read extensively on efficiency was in one of Zarfot's guides. :P

Also, I think that it would help to add a section about how to value experience. For example, is it better to train Runecrafting using the ZMI or with a graahk? Obviously, the answer to this question depends on how highly you value your time, and how much money you can make per hour. Naturally, that leads to establishing your money-making method. Which, for me, comes down to camping at tormented demons or training Runecrafting using a graahk.

In short, Tormented demons are a minimum of 2.3M cash/hour (I personally value the melee and range xp as worthless, due to cannon-slaying), and Runecrafting is 1M cash/hour and 27K xp/hour

I believe that Zarfot answers (or perhaps answered, now) this question on his Runecrafting guide, by posing the question of paying X amount of coins to instantly attain 99 Runecrafting. I'm curious to know if you use a similar approach, or if you have another method of valuing experience. ;)

This guide obviously assumes that Runescape isn't about having fun :P (differing styles I know lol)

(btw its Juiol, maybe you remember me?)

Bonescrusher is a waste imo, the 34k tokens could instead go towards a CLS or the Arcane Stream and the coal bag or longbow sight or basically anything besides the crusher.

The amt of exp you get is paultry in comparison to the benefits of the other rewards. Then again, they're all really specialized so if you have no use for the other rewards, it'd be a good choice.
