Remember the Tool Leprechaun can hold a lot of farming items. Although you might want to keep:
Spade - TT/quests/tree saplings
Secateurs - Phoenix daily
Trowel - tree saplings
Watering Can - tree saplings (Instead, I go to a leprechaun and get my magic watering can as it has infinite amount of watering)
I also have combination staffs instead of elemental (although I have a mystic air staff as you can't get this in combination yet I think). Saves an extra spot without the earth staff as lava/mud count as it.
BTW: Excellent guide :)
Edit: If you can't be bothered to cut gems, get a gem bag from dungeoneering for 2,000 tokens then use that to hold uncuts until it gets full (It can hold 100 gems in total of sapphire, emerald, ruby or diamond). After it gets full, cut them :D

Nice guide!
I might have a few tips as well:
- You don't have to store all kinds of runes on the bank if you don't use them all regularly (when I need cosmic, mind or body runes I'll just buy them from the GE)
- Don't store all kinds of arrows on your bank. Only store one kind of training arrows and one kind of the best arrows you can use for pvp. (so iron and addy for me)
- Store only stuff for skills you're training at the moment, or are planning to train in the near future. There is no need to keep items for all skills on your bank. (I've got a pickaxe, axe, runecrafting staff and one big stack of alchable items as skilling material on my bank)

Hey, nice guide. I have one tip of my own: hunter kits. With 71 magic and dream mentor completed, you can cast the spell hunter kit, which creates a hunter kit in your inventory. When you open it, you get a noose wand, butterfly net, bird snare, rabbit snare, teasing stick, unlit torch, and box trap. I just keep a bunch of these in my bank instead of each of those individual things, and when I need them, I can open a kit, drop the things I don't need, use the things, I do, and drop them, as well, when I'm done with them.
