You're forgetting the crown of seasons as a trade-able dis-continued rare!
Also, you can keepsake your favorite cosmetic or non-cosmetic gear, saving at most 9 bank slots, I think.

Ever since I bought all bank spaces I could from solomons, I have never had trouble filling space. I bank everything and never drop anything ands till have 200+ spots open =) Why did I buy all the bank spots? same reason you guys are reading this bank space gets full and it sucks.
Nice guide, I've followed most of it anyway. I learned that lesson the hard way when they brought out farming-seeds about a week before farming. But forgot to add bank-space.
Another few additions.
Reserve a tab for junk. I call it the soon-to-sell tab. All that stuff that you get dropped while slaying for example, put it into that tab, that way you don't have to hunt your whole bank for it, but can just easily sell it afterwards and free up the space again.
Same thing you added for herbs (grimy or clean) goes for some other things too:
-store leather or hides
-store cut or uncut gems (for example cut go into that junk-tab)
-store only enchanted or unenchanted rings. An emerald ring is useless, Duel ring not.
-store only the type of seconds/thirds you actually need. Counts for both herb and summon. Buy what you need when you need it (or plan on training it soon).
-store only seeds you actually plan on planting. The rest can be temp. put into that junk-tab.
-you don't need tiaras if you have a filled wicked hood.
-only have talismans of the types you need (summoning)
-have only seaweed or soda-ash. Remember that the lunar glass spell works with seaweed.
-have only crushed or un-crushed bird-nests.
-same for other ingredients (unicorn horns summ?)
-have only cooked or raw food of one type, unless you are cooking them for exp.
-if you finish needing a certain type of potion (for example anti-fire) sell the leftover one which has a different amount of doses.
Costume room - check from time to time, there may have been added the ability to store stuff. Last time I did that I freed up 20+ more spaces in my bank.
Also, store all that stuff that you don't regularly need in there. You can pull it out when you need it. This goes especially for the Construction-outfit. You won't likely need it outside your house anyway.
All of the random-event outfits can be stored too.
You can save another bank-space by mounting your silver/darklight on your Quest-hall wall.
