RIP Hardcores

Delve was a valiant warrior, he had a valiant soul
He’d bravely go to face his foe, the dreaded giant mole
With teeth like swords and eyes of fire and claws like razor rocks
She’d pounce and tear, inspiring fear no prayer or spell could block

Alas for the day, he strode away to face this fiercesome foe
Ill-fated day, our hearts did sway to waves of wilting woe.
For into the dark, without a spark, he ventured for the fight
Alas it was his own demise, he’d never see the light!

For as he fought a DC brought him startled standing still.
He could not move, was stricken when the mole pounced for her kill.
Oh weep with me white Falador, for Delve, your warrior brave
For though he was a match for Mole, from DC, none could save.

RIP Delve

Just made my latest post on that 'happy birthday ironman mode' thread (p13). And just logged into game for the last time for the next 2 weeks on this account. It's so sad that something that was done by Jagex with the best intentions of being a treat, has turned out for so many pure f2p irons to be more of a punishment than a present.

Ah well, at least we've seen some more players playing iron mode for the first time as a result of this, and perhaps some will continue after their two weeks are up too. Every cloud...huh? AKA Treemaid

For those of us who have been given unwanted free membership on their f2p pure iron accounts, here’s what to do to try to have it removed. Thank you to RsRiverr (hcim) for the information, and to Frostin from 'F2p Ironman' clan for sharing it with our FC.

1.\tGo to the main homepage of Runescape.
2.\tOn the top right corner of the site, click 'Support'.
3.\tClick on 'Payments and membership'.
4.\tClick on 'Transferring membership between accounts'.
5.\tClick 'Contact us'.
6.\tLogin with your account details.
7.\tSkip everything and scroll down to the bottom - fill in your request to remove P2P from your account.
8.\tDone!
It takes around 24 hours before you get a reply in your message centre.
(www.runescape.com -> account -> login -> messages)

Just confirming, this does the stuff. I am no longer p2p. AKA Treemaid
