The Church Constitution is the founding document and highest set legislative document of the Church. The Constitution sets out the powers, duties and functions of the governing bodies, along with the fundamental rights every member of the clan holds. In times of a Church crisis, the Church may grant the Pope Emergency Powers, with the ability to make immediate decisions to combat the crisis and solve the problem. In such cases, the Constitution may sometimes be amended.
