Are you interested in the lore and/or future updates to Runescape?
Yes, very much. I've been following the lore of runescape very closely for the past 5 years or so (nearing the 10 years cape
) and it has been amazing! The way Runescape went with their lore is really something I'm excited about. Therefore I'm often found in the lore-forums to check on new theories and stories. Also i keep track of every runescape dev QA and forim teasers about upcoming updates. I also visit this section of the forums quite lot to see updates or speculations. I've posted a few times on the lore forum, mainly to help forming a theory. An example is the Rune essence=Elder Halls theory. (I really like that one! ^^)
What is one of your favourite storylines/quest series/areas of lore in the game? Elaborate.
At this moment it is the Zaros/Elder Gods storyline. I am a Zaros fanboy for many years now, and i've been awaiting His return for sooo long. When Fot* was Released, I stood at the Worldgate in W100 in anticipation of the update, and it was soooo exciting! That quest blew my mind, and I think Jagex really delivered with that quest! I hope to see more of Zaros and His dealings with the Elder Gods. Connected with that is my interest in the Elder Artifacts. With the recent reveal of the Mirror, I was really glad they didnt forget the Artifacts, and I hope they will reveal the others soon too, although not too soon, I like to speculate ^^. And with Rite of Passage pushed further and further away, which should reveal Armadyl's second Artifact, I think we won't see all of them for a while.
What updates are you most looking forward to in the game?
Hmm, I see now that I can't make this too long, only 200 characters left. Soo, to come to the point. For reasons obvious I'm looking forward to Fot* 2, because I love that storyline. Also GWD2 would be nice for new lore and combat!
