I haven't bothered reading the forums lately, but will do so over the next week or so. I fancy a good cackle when the usual suspects start posting their meathead threads because they don't know how to use the Wiki or work anything out for themselves.

Actually, it might be a good way to bump this Clan thread. Y'know - posting Top Tips on the new skill. I'll start off:

Don't take the lift down to the dig outside the Pub unless wearing full armour, with weaponry and an inventory of high level food, due to the murderous NPCs down there.

Oh aye. That goes without saying. Although that would be denied as utterly preposterous.

I'm enjoying it; so many facets to it. Am slower than you though, Freddie, only 46 so far, but I've been kinda busy irl so that's stopped me.

I'd forgotten Ghaz had been a complete and utter bastard for years .... do you think maybe if we sacrificed him and posted his head to Cambridgeswamp HQ the JMods might smile favourably upon us?

It'd be something of a coup to snag a Goldie as a Clan member. They join Discords so, eh, why not our illustrious Clan hmmm? We could offer them favourable terms like, err, .... not letting Corugi anywhere near them.

-nods- it's better than I thought it'd be. I should imagine ageing Feefs has an impact on speed too. lol. But I like the graphics, the artefacts/restoration and the feeling of discovery. I liked how (though I can't access it) that little building north of Manor Farm was finally updated. Sadly, it just shows how dated everything around it is, lol.

What with the lockdown, I fear any posted heads will rot in transit. No, you're far better off putting a lump of gloop through their letterbox one night.

I looked at Discord and decided it was a bit shit. Probably why Jagex have wet gloops over it daily.

Weather's warming up nicely here so I'll be doing stuff outside more soon - just as well because although I really like the skill overall I'm getting a teency bit bored with the digging part.

I wonder which of our cadre will hit 99 first. We should have a drop party to celebrate. I hope it's Ghaz, I've always wanted to drop him off the Citadel walls.

And, good idea! I'll prepare a batch of my own special recipe gloop this very day. No way will they be able to resist the temptation of TCP & Horlicks-infused geriatric gloop. We'll have more JMods in this Clan than you can shake a stick at.
