I had an account
permanently muted
without any evidence. Is it possible to request the evidence?

The account is over 10 years old, with no active or current offenses of any kind, completely in the green, and a member. Well over 1k hours played, veteran cape, high in leaderboards.

Appeal was denied. No explanation or warning.
Jmod manual mute
. Completely blindsided. Tried to appeal without even knowing what the mute was for. Couldn't think of anything that would warrant it.

Jagex has provided no evidence or reason for the mute, nor any type of warning. Is it possible to have a jmod review why this might have happened?
