-- Meeting Recap for 8/14/2018 –

Recap:

- Going forward, we will be adding onto the first meeting of each month’s “Donation week” theme. It will also be feedback-focused, allowing members to provide any feedback they have for the clan.
- To coincide with the drastic decrease in the time it takes to cap at the Clan Citadel, the amount of denarius awarded for capping has been reduced from 4 to 2.
- Alisha has coordinated a Clan-wide Skilling competition; beginning directly after this week’s meeting and ending a half-hour before next week’s meeting. The competition involves whoever earns the most XP in either Woodcutting, Mining, or Agility. Prizes of 12m, 10m, and 7.5m will go out to the top three xp-gainers for each skill at the conclusion. Senate Meeting Recap

Capped Voice Channels

A new rule is now in effect. When there is a voice channel that has limited spots, Senators may only move themselves or another person if the Senator makes note of the name of person moved, reason, and gets permission from the parties inside the channel. For example, if there are 3 people in Trio chat, you must ask for permission from the people in Trio, then talk to a Senator providing reason as to why you want to join the chat. This is to prevent intrusion into limited voice channels. Presumably, the parties in limited voice channels are there for a reason.

Aedile Events

Effective now, Aediles are now required to host at least 1 planned event per month in order to retain their positions. The planned event must start at least 3 days later than the date it was planned. Additionally, it must be an activity that we do not do on a daily basis (I.E. doing a casual trip to ROTS with 4 people would not count). Ideally, the length of the event would be at least 1 hour, but this would be a case by case scenario. If any Aediles have questions on their event, please let me know!
