-- Meeting Recap for 3/27/2018 --

Recap:

- We have finally hit Tier 7 citadel for the first time, marking a very nice milestone for TRE. This is a culmination of our hard work, shoutout to OkShy for his dedication and management of the citadel to our current tier. As a result, this week will have no locks so everyone can cap on whatever they’d like.

- With us having achieved Tier 7, the citadel capping raffle has come to an end for the time-being.

- The hiatus of the clan recruitment raffle is over; starting tonight you get an entry for every member you recruit once more for next 15 members, for a chance at two prizes of 10m.

- Possible update to denarius for capping was discussed once the cap increases to 2700.

-Heist event tomorrow at 9 pm EST hosted by Strategist

- The winners for this week’s capping raffle were Varrick and Dutch Fellaw, who allowed us to reroll and Hey Delta won. Varrick can claim the prize at his convenience.

Senate Meeting Recap

Clan Vex

As stated a few times before, congratulations to everybody on their hard work towards the T7 Citadel!! With this, we have earned a shiny new trophy clan vexillum. I encourage any clan members to proudly place a clan vex in hotspots, such as lodestones around the world. However, please be mindful to the rest of the community. We want to advertise, but we don't want to smother a single area with 5+ vexes. Great locations may include Prif Lode, Varrock Grand Exchange, Max Guild, Burthorpe Lode, and Ardougne Lode.

TRE's Got Talent!

April is coming up, and included with it is April Fool's! I am excited to announce that TRE will be hosting a comedy event in the upcoming weeks. Details are still being worked out, but here are some basic outlines we've created. There will be a competition of who can dish out the best jokes in the clan citadel (clan theatre?). There will be a winner chosen for the best jokes through text, and a winner for the best jokes on voice chat. We will have 3 judges. The prize for the 2 winners will be a Discord title "The April Fool" that is reserved for them until April 2019.

Discord Titles

Alongside with the upcoming "The April Fool" title, we discussed the interest of having more Discord titles being earned. Please let any Senate member know if you have an idea for a Discord title and any requirements for it to be earned!

PvM Spreadsheet and Teaching

Clan members have been having a lot of interest for more PvM trips. Workdolphin decided that he would like to create a PvM Spreadsheet to help organize high tier PvM events, such as Vorago Hard Mode and Yakamaru. The spreadsheet would keep track of clan members' known roles, experience, gear/weapons, etc.

Additionally, there will be a new organized text channel on Discord. It will be used for PvM teachers to post their availability/active hours of RS. This way, people may hopefully expect to see a PvM teacher logged on and ask them for a bossing trip.

Heist Minigame Spotlight Event

Strategist is hosting a Heist clan event for us! It is scheduled for Wednesday, March 28th at 9PM Est. (01:00 Game Time). The minigame is, simply put, Cops and Robbers on Runescape. Heist will be on minigame spotlight during the event, meaning any attendees will earn Thaler at 5x the normal rate! Heist is a fun-filled game to play with your friends, and even more exciting if on Discord Voice Chat. See you there :)
