The Admin Promotion Process differs greatly from the promotions of lower ranks.

Nomination Period : First half of every month (1st to 15th)
Voting Period : Second half of every month (16th to end)

To be Promoted :


1. Must become eligible by time spent at current rank (See below for specifics)
» Notice: This time does not automatically make someone eligible for a promotion
» This is an indicator for the quickest a person is allowed to be promoted
2. Any Admin+ must nominate them for a Promotion
» Nominations by Admins/Organisers must be seconded by 1 Coordinator+
» Self nomination is not permitted, though you can ask for someone to nominate you
3. All nominees will be voted on by all Active Admins
» Voting is not required, but very highly encouraged
4. If the vote is passed, the nominee has the option to accept or reject their promotion
» If the promotion goes unaccepted, it will expire after 3 months
» Nominees who do not accept their promotions can nominate themselves for a new vote.

In order to be promoted to :


Deputy Owner:
» Must have been an Overseer for 6 months minimum
» Must be approved by a 75% Admin+ Vote + all Deputy Owners & Clan Owner

Overseer:
» Must have been a Coordinator for 4 months minimum
» Must be approved by a 65% Admin+ Vote

Coordinator:
» Must have been an Organiser for 3 months minimum
» Must be approved by a 60% Admin+ Vote

Organiser:
» Must have been an Admin for 2 months minimum
» Must be approved by a 55% Admin+ Vote

Admin:
» Must currently be a General rank
» Must have been in the clan for 5 months minimum
» Must be approved by a 50% Admin+ Vote

It is difficult to define all cases that would be approved exceptions to our Clan Requirements, but these are our general policies for applicants & clan members who don't meet them.

Potential New Members:


1. 130+ Combat is imperative.
2. 90+ in Attack, Strength, Ranged, Magic, Defence, and Constitution is imperative.
3. If Herblore, Prayer, or Summoning requirements are not met, only one skill is permitted to be below and should be no lower than 2 levels under.
» Having Overloads will suffice if not 96 Herblore
4. Permitted to have T80 Weaponry in only one combat style
» The other two combat styles must be T85+
5. Exceptions are judged on a case-by-case basis.
6. To be approved as an exception, you must be accepted by a Coordinator+ rank.
» Coordinator+ reserve the authority to make any exceptions at their discretion

Current Members :

» Also apply when our requirements increase
» Members below will NOT be immediately removed from our clan, but they will be restricted from promotions until they meet the standards listed above.

1. Members who do not meet all requirements are not viewed as full clan members.
» To become "full members" they must meet the criteria listed above.
» Until then, they are placed on a Watch-List to track their level gains
2. If applicable, some may be demoted if rank reqs increase.
» Increases will be followed by a two-month grace period.
3. There are monthly activity checks to track their progress of meeting clan reqs.
» Failure to make any progress is equivalent to 1 month of inactivity.
4. Inactives who do not meet clan reqs are granted a 3-month period of inactivity before they become eligible for removal from the clan.

General Rules


1. Rules of RuneScape

Clan members found breaking rules set by Jagex will be kicked from our clan.

2. Do not scam/lure/cheat anyone, EVER.
» Scamming & Luring: Deceiving another player to gain their wealth
» Cheating: Not splitting drops with your team when FFA+S was agreed on

3. Be respectful towards everyone.
» Respect your fellow RuneScape players, their opinions, and style of play.
» Do not insult others for not sharing your perspective.

4. Do not attempt to prove superiority over other clanmates.
5. Trolling towards other members will not be tolerated.

» Prove Superiority: Elitism; bragging/showing off to make yourself appear better than another

6. Do not PK/stake clanmates.
» This rule is in place to maintain a peaceful environment
» PKing/staking clanmates can lead to hostility towards others if a high value is lost.

Admin Rules


1. As a leader, you are expected to provide a good example of maturity.
» All members ranked Admin+ are classified as leaders of our clan, so we expect you to act as such.

2. Follow all Clan Rules; this position doesn't make you better than anyone else.

Given the circumstances that there are Ironman accounts, and there are players who use more than one account to play RuneScape, the following are our clan's policies on these types of accounts as being members of our clan.


Ironman, Hardcore Ironman, & Alternate accounts are not permitted to join our clan unless:
- The account is an Alt of someone ranked Admin+
- The account meets our clan requirements and is an Alt of a clan member


Reasoning Explained

Why are Ironman & Hardcore Ironman accounts not permitted to join?
- As a PvM clan, Ironman accounts lack the ability to enter boss encounters with non-Ironman accounts. For this reason, we do not allow Ironman accounts to join our clan.

Why are Alternate Accounts not permitted to join?
- As a clan with a fairly high member count, we do not want the number of members we have to be artificially inflated due to alternate accounts and/or inactive members. For this reason, we do not allow alternate accounts to join our clan.

Why are Admin+ ranks permitted to have Alternate Accounts in the clan?
- As leaders of our clan, they have this special permission to maintain some authority in the clan while not playing RuneScape on their main account. For example, anyone's alternate account (that belongs to a clan member of ours) is permitted to Guest in our clan chat. If we have an issue with Guests joining our Clan Chat to spam, their Alternate Accounts are ranked high enough to kick these disruptive Guests. It is also so other members know it belongs to an Admin+ rank. ~ Sicariu
