Welcome to Our 6th Recruitment Thread!


Our Founding:


NO SIGIL NO SLEEP was founded on a seemingly endless night of Corping by our founders who dedicated themselves to continue on with a Corp trip until they received a Sigil.

After 17 continuous hours, they received a Spectral Sigil drop resulting in our clan colors being Purple and Black and coined our clan name to symbolize their motive to not give up.

Our clan goal is to provide a friendly/social environment for clan members to chat, make friends, and find bossing teams for learners & experienced PvMers.

Note: Since gear checking all clan members & new recruits is entirely needless and tedious, these requirements essentially cover what gear you use when PvMing with our clan. Meaning, if you only own T90 gear for Magic and Melee, and never use Ranged, then you don't need to worry about not meeting the requirement for Ranged gear.

General Rules


1.) All Jagex rules apply
2.) Do not scam/lure/cheat anyone, EVER.
3.) Be respectful towards everyone.
» All complaints should fielded through Key+ ranks ONLY.
4.) Do not attempt to prove superiority over other clanmates.
5.) Trolling towards other members will not be tolerated.
6.) Do not PK/stake clanmates.
7.) All Stakers in the clan are required to have Online Status on & Examine set to Public

PvM With Respect:


1.) When asking for bossing teams, please keep in mind that we do not offer 24/7 bossing.
» This is not a realistic expectation when considering timezones, and we have lives outside of RS. Some days we have multiple teams going at multiple bosses, and others where everyone is doing their own thing.
2.) Place a Clan Vex at Corp/Nex to claim the world if not instancing
» Required before calling for anti-crashes
3.) If possible, please use a FC, or our Discord/TeamSpeak servers, to chat with your team.
» It gets confusing with multiple conversations going on at once in the CC.
4.) Be sure to discuss/specify beforehand how drops will be split amongst your team.
» FFA+Split is assumed if nothing is specified
5.) If FFA+S, ALL drops are to be equally split
» Everyone deserves a fair share of loot, even on death
» Do not cheat your teammates out of a fair split
6.) Do not request to be reimbursed for your deaths
» Regardless of who is at fault
7.) Legacy Mode is only permitted at Corp
» Unless your team permits it
8.) Be sure to guide learners through the fights
9.) Do not complain or harass clanmates during/after boss fights

Overview


Instancing has greatly reduced the amount of crashing we see at bosses, but these policies remain as they are in the event they are needed for reference.

Crashing is not supported by our clan, but we do have guidelines to follow if you crash others. Breaking these guidelines = Breaking Clan Rules

Crashing


1.) Never crash a Vexed world.
» A vex is meant to be respected at ALL bosses.
2.) If you wish to crash a world, DO NOT ask the clan for help.
» Crashing should be done by your personal team, not as a clan event.
3.) DO NOT crash another clan's event, PvM or otherwise.
» Events are for the sole purpose of having fun, so we expect you to respect that.
4.) DO NOT fake an anti-crash in order to crash a world.
5.) DO NOT ask the clan for help if your crash attempt fails.
6.) NEVER crash fellow clanmates.
» This WILL result in demotion/kick depending on the situation.
7.) Trash talk respectfully; we do not encourage flaming.
8.) The only crashing situation we will support is starting a war with another clan.
» War must be called by an Admin+ rank.

Anti-Crashing


1.) Anti-crashing IS MANDATORY for all Clan Members.
» Everyone in the CC is expected to attend ALL anti-crashes when called for.
» If you do not anti-crash for clanmates, they will not anti-crash for you.
2.) Only call for an anti-crash on Lootshare Worlds.
3.) Only call for an anti-crash at Corp/Nex.
4.) Do not call for an anti-crash at God Wars; this is not necessary.
5.) Anti-crashing for Allied Clans is equivalent to anti-crashing for our clan.
6.) If an anti-crash turns into a war, EVERYONE that is online is expected to help.
