Off the coast of a Port Tyras, a noble ship crafted from brilliant dark mahogany and adorned with silver sails slowly drifts toward the docks. As the vessel draws nearer, the sails become clearer - The Compass and Crossed Swords of The Silver Vigil become apparent; underneath the motifs, the words, "Vox Populi" is written on the first sail. Its hull, where the cannon holes were located, was solid shut - indicating that it had no intention to fire upon the port.

As the Vox Populi pulls into port, it lowers its boarding plank to welcome the exiled prince, 3randon and his group of second-wave revolutionaries.

Proposal: Distress Beacon

This proposal would add a Distress Beacon as an additional resource use. The Distress Beacon is a one-use item that costs 15 of each resource. If a POC has a red war status, they can construct and light a Distress Beacon. A single POC allied to the POC that lit the beacon can answer the call and send up to 5 people to aid the POC that lit the beacon in their upcoming war.

The beacon may only be lit once every other war, so it can't be spammed, and it must be used wisely. Additionally, the allied POC must also pay a GP cost equivalent to the warring cost for the claim being fought over. Cain Izrail |
