The Flying Kacklers are a social alliance of clans, groups and individuals with the purpose of having events together. We believe we can have more fun together! In the meantime clans can make (and maintain) stronger bonds with each other.
As mentionned, being a Kackler is all about having fun in-game! We're very community-focussed with some of the craziest events along with a mix of casual events such as group PVM, mini-games, ect. The Kacklers strive to be an open community, we aim our events towards the clan community itself and not just an exclusive group.
Please note, the Kacklers respect each clan's identity, each clan is unique! None will be forced to act against it's own principals, being a part of the Kacklers doesn't mean WE control YOUR clan. Although we have a few set protocols to maintain some sort of order within the union itself.

- OBJECTIVE -

- The following are written objectives of the Kacklers Union, we ask all clans to respect them as we respect theirs.
== COMMUNITY ==
The Kacklers strives for an open community at which clans and individuals are free to participate. Through a helpful and creative athmosphere we'd like to create more interaction and stronger alliances between clans themselves, and the clan community as a whole.
It's community is created by the clans and individuals in it, and will continue to expand due new and creative ideas by the clans and individuals. Each clan and individual support it's growth, wether it's by creativity & innovation, or attend the events.
== EVENTS ==
At the Kacklers we make a difference between three types of events:
1. The Main Kacklers.
- These events are made and hosted by The Kacklers Union itself. Often these will be either creative community events, or casual events such as Group PVM and Mini-Games.
2. The Clan Hosted Events.
- Besides the main events, we support clans to advertise some of there events aswell, although these cannot interfere with pre-set events. The purpose of these events would be to create more interaction and stronger bands between clans themselves.
3. The Jagex - Clan Community Events.
- The Kacklers support and advertise Community Events hosted by the Clan Community and Jagex with the purpose to encourage clans to take part in the Clan Community.

Kizowitsu & Oblivion7567 oficially announce the comeback of the Flying Kacklers Union! Although a lot of it's content is still being developped, the official release date is set for 01 April, 2011. In the meantime ex-Kacklers and fresh minds are free to sign up for the newest Kacklers experience!
