Sorry you lost your hardcore scap :/


HCIM Scap was a brave and fearless chap
One day he ventured forth with sword in hand
To fight the dragons blue, for his heart was strong and true,
And his sword protected all throughout the land.

And yet alas, one day, he became the dragon’s prey
He forgot to bring his anti-dragon shield,
And though his fight was fierce, he could not the dragon pierce.
He endured the flames refusing then to yield.

But his body, only flesh, could not stand with such duress
And the flames they licked his life and soul away.
Alas for brave Sir Scap, who was felled by death’s dire trap!
Yet his fame we still remember to this day.

RIP HCIM Scap

Also commiserations to two more deceased Hardcores from our FC community, Primitive Cats and Mirai Wild. May their hardcore bones rest easy!

There once was a hardcore named Primitive Cats
Who snubbed all the orcs, all the goblins and rats.
There was just one target one thing he desired:
A wildy tier 10 hat so he’d be admired.

So into the wildy will gusto he barged
To kill all the bots there. With roaring he charged.
And many a bot in the fight lost its life,
Though little Cats knew of the impending strife!

For into the wildy a pker stole
A sneaky pker, name of Thydrago.
And while Cats was swinging his sword, unbeknown
This sneaky pker laid our hero prone!

So come all you hardcores, from this tale take heed
A hat’s well and good, but a life you still need!

RIP Primitive Cats
We will remember!



Sleepy Mirai Wild went a walking in the wild
'Twas 5am, her fuddled brain had made her like a child.
Her stroll was near the bandit camp, though yet she knew no fear
Since she had no intention to approach a bandit there.

Alas her sleepy fuddled head! A pker appeared
Then Mirai in a panic was certainly afeared!
No food she had, she fled forthwith, in blind panic distraught!
Alas, into a bandit’s hands our heroine was caught!

She died to him, (oh sorry tale!) while pker looked on,
And now our Mirai’s hardcore skull, so tragically has gone!
Her life was short, and bitter-sweet, she lived it wild and free!
Our Mirai Wild has earned her place within our memory.

RIP Mirai Wild

Sorry it was so late in coming Moley!

I pen now a poem in sad memory
Of a brave-hearted warrior whose name was Moley.
This hardcore was focussed on just but one goal
To rid us forever of one giant mole!

One hundred and thirty he’d killed in the past
Yet up from the mole hills they rose thick and fast!
And moley was caught in eternal campaign
To kill Giant Mole, again and again.

Armed with his imphide and brandishing staff
He charged on the mole with a confident laugh.
Alas! For such confidence hardcores should shun
Lest they fall in the darkness and never see sun!

‘Twas over a year now, our brave Moley died
And all of white Falador wailed as they cried,
For never his likes was there seen ere again,
Nor ever shall be, while the Giant Mole doth reign.


RIP Moley

Twas a morning of ill omen when once Me4win set out
With sword and armour sturdy, and his heart was just as stout.
To kill the evil Elvarg and to save fair Gielenor
Was his one and only mission, and who could ask for more?

With sword afire and slashes he confronted the foul beast
Expecting soon its dire demise, then celebration feast!
Alas, he’d made a fatal flaw, he could not eat enough
And forgot his safety teleport to transport him in a puff!

The dragon was far stronger than poor Me4more had guessed;
He was a beast of fire and death, not measly household pest!
He wrought his ire of fire and claw upon sweet Me4’s head
And never ceased his onslaught until poor Me4win was dead!

Although we grieve our Me4’s death, his death, accept we must,
Until the day a new Me 4, shall rise up from the dust.

RIP Me4win

And another. :(

Pattern 10 enjoyed his life - took all things in his stride.
His hardcore feats brought him renown, his fame went far and wide.
He often donned his mystic gear to crush the goblin hoards
Returning jubilant each time to praise and great applause.

And yet one fatal morning, his luck pattern would fail
As Toofy wreaked his foul revenge! It was beyond the pale!
Our Pattern struck with fire blasts, his nature staff was flying,
with confidence his strong attack would leave old Toofy crying.

Yet Pattern failed to take account the power Lag can wield
To down even a brave hardcore whilst battling on the field.
And when Lag struck, our brave hardcore, just helpless, stood and gaped,
Unable yet to strike some more or make a quick escape.

His life flashed past his eyes, he knew his death was soon to follow.
Alas! It did! And at the hands of Toofy, known as ‘Hollow’.

His death was hard, his death was cruel, so tragic and unfair,
Yet though in grief we will not let it lead us to despair,
For even as I write these words, I see before my eyes,
Phoenix like, from fire of death, a Pattern03 doth rise!

RIP Pattern 10
