F2P IronmanFC Christmas Event!

Organised by TP Uranus (John Wick in Discord).

"Ho ho holidays are back upon us,

with santa's companions giving us a warm welcome to the christ mase event.
When checking for naughty players, Santa soon found his bag to be empty, and thus has decided to give something back to the community, in the form of a hide and seek treasure trail.

As a starter, our very own co-founders of the F2pironmanFc will be part of the event. Treemaid will be dressed as a wonderful christmas tree, whilst mat mase will have his very own made costume.

PLOT:

Mr. Chris T mase has lost his precious christmas tree, it is us who will have to find the tree(maid) and bring her back to him. Being both hidden, first we'll have to search both in order to take them back to eachother.

Once this has been accomplished, a big hide and seek will take place, in which the first one to find the tree in the previous one, will decide where he or she will hide.
Once you've found the person, you'll have to solve a riddle for them to prove you're truly 'worthy'.

Finally we'll celebrate the christ mase spirit, by going to the blue inn in varrock!
event will take place 20th of december (in 3 days) at 8pm ingame time.

The three 'finders' in the event will get a smiley in FC for six months, all other participants will get a smiley in the FC for a month." AKA: Arbr**** Vie

A bold adventurer one day put on his addy mail.
His fame had spread from east to west, his name was Arcane Trail.
His aim, to kill the giant mole within a team of three
Comprising of Stefario, himself, and lastly Tree.

Stef with mage, and Tree with range and Trail with melee fought,
Together made an awesome team that kept the mole fair fraught!
However, Tree then bade her leave, departed, leaving two,
So just Stefario and Trail now formed the fighting crew.

It came to pass in final cave, the mole there took a stand.
“Don’t rush!” Stefario then cried, “Keep back and stay thy hand!
Come stand beside me by this wall, to hit then run and hide!”
But Arcane, blind with battle lust, ignored, and stayed inside…

That final cave. Alas his fate! For Moley hit him hard!
A one hit kill, that pieced his heart, a final, fatal shard!
He fell on knees, and dying, cried: “Stefario the True!...
Blame not thyself! The fault was mine, I should have heeded you!”

But Stef, now grieving deeply for the loss of his dear friend,
Then slew the mole, whilst crying out “His death shall be thy end!”

It’s that time of year again: the

anniversary of our friends chat on 28th January

! Yes, we’ve been going for four years!

And to celebrate the occasion, we will be having two quizzes based on the theme: ‘how well do you know your FC?’ and a five million gold pieces reward to each of the winners (most of which has been kindly donated by our very own Mat Mase/Mueez). If there is a tie, the winnings will be divided equally. Obviously, ironman accounts cannot receive the prize to that account, but it will be given to whichever account the winner nominates, either a non-iron alt of theirs, or even another player if they’re feeling generous! The winners will also receive a smiley face in FC for a month.

One of the quizzes will be at 17:30 game time, 28th January, hosted by myself, and the other will be hosted by Matko, at 05:00 game time.

The questions will all be related to our friends chat in some way, so you can get a head start by exploring our offsite forums, and/or our RS forums thread in the ‘Clan Home’ forum (do a thread search in the RS forums for ‘f2pironmanfc’).

I should add, all those ranked in FC already, are excluded from the quizzes, since they have already had access to the questions, and as a team, we’d like to do something nice our regulars who together make the FC what it has become today. AKA Treemaid
