Yes, the forums now allow images (See [qfc id= 278-279-551-65815440]RuneScape Forum Images[/qfc]), however the Forum Rules against naming and shaming have not changed, so that will still not be allowed. As screenshots can be edited and manipulated, they are not considered as 'evidence' to back up accusations or naming & shaming.

Will probably be two weekends from now but I'm unsure of who's hosting. Charm is relatively busy in life and Lyra is getting back home later this week, doubt either would be able to do this coming weekend.
