Because obviously when pm'ing someone, everyone is able to see the pm, not just the person who is pmed. As for the cc bit, have you ever been in the cc? They are all trolls.

If you discuss it on the Forums then everyone sees it and maybe someone else then dives in and flames, trolls or belittles another person. Then it all kicks off again. :(

It's best to discuss it in PM or as this thread requests a Guest in CC, then it's dealt with in a better more friendly atmosphere where limited people can see it and butt in.

We only come here when it's been reported to the Forum Help thread. You don't see us otherwise.... :P

As for the Highlight it was all removed as it was abused that much Jagex just had to get rid of it. Not sure if anything thing will replace it but if You or this Group has any ideas then suggest them in the Suggestions section. You never know it may help the whole forum. A few days ago i heard some shocking news about someone that uses your fc "actually he was named in a scamming thread" so i pm'* 1 of the ranks "Ludvi" on my alt and directed him to the qfc of this accusation.

I just wondered if anything was done about this or was it just ignored until it happens again? [qfc id=]whatever[/qfc]

I haven't heard anything about it yet. if you were to pm me or any other higher ranks, it will be looked into and action against said player would likely be taken rather quickly.
