If I recall, you are on R Quark's ignore list and so keep in mind that it may take awhile until you are able to rejoin the fc due to owner being muchly inactive. After you are able to rejoin the fc, if you are mistakenly kicked, join the cc and refer fc ranks to this post.

There is a certain someone who has disrupted the FC/CC to a point that I am compelled to make a thread here on clan home page. I would like to discuss this certain someone at the next rank session/discussion for breaking rules such as:

1) disrupting FC operatives on discontinued items thread by posting unconfirmed/unverifiable prices.
2) calling (in-game and multiples in cc) ranks as predatory manipulators.
3) bashing rare quark community as a whole.
4) inciting players against ranks.
5) disrupting the FC operations.
6) willfully ignorant of rules, regulations, and protocols set by Lyra on discontinued items thread.

Please PM me or give me a temporary rank at the next session as I would like to take the initiative to bring this important issue up.

I appreciate your time and assistance.

I worked things out with Since1980: 1) explained the new system of constructing the pc ranges 2) modified the language to include views of the Motherland. Any help is greatly appreciated 3) the price ranges I gave previously are not based 100% off reports within the same day but sometimes previous days because I miss things some times given the level of spam on v28. If you see something wrong, please point it out so I can adjust the ranges instead of resorting to player-bashing. If you are willing to chuck your most precious possessions like phats because someone said words like crashing/dying/quitting and then find yourself unable to rebuy for what you sold for, then you don't deserve to own a phat.

I recently added some1 on our kos list after I had several and major conflicts with some of his reports on discontinued item status v28 thread.All my conflicts were for items under max cash traded in ge and mostly on bsh.
After I had a long conversation with him he said that these updates were more like his opinion of where prices should be and not actual trades reported.Im always talking about bsh and other ge items and not about phat/cracker ranges.
He should have stated that and made it clear in his post which he didnt, so at that point I consider my actions totally justified.He specifically posted that the prices posted on there were from r quark/his own updates/other sources without naming them.Didn't state that there weren't actual trades that took place in ge as he should have done in the first place and that it was his opinion.
By all means I would never add a player on kos just for stating his opinion whether I like it or not.Only did it cause i had conflicts with his pcs.

Anyway, if he would like to clarify with a post as he did via pm what he meant on those posts on disc item status v28 I believe that he deserves another chance in the fc.
After talking to him I understood he's nothing like previous ppl who tried to manipulate and mislead the community with fake lists on forums.
I believe the whole thing might have been a big misunderstanding in which he is to blame himself.
Now its up to admins to decide whether his appeal should be accepted or not

I made certain changes to the newest list posting. I hope the language is satisfactory.
