On Nov. 2, 2016, clan representatives from both NxG and KOI -- Dominus of War Zaire and Queen Arya -- agreed upon the following terms after a concise discussion!

So it shall be proclaimed:

The War of Seers Village
- Saturday, Nov. 19 @ 5:30PM EST/10:30PM GMT
- Clan wars: Turrets Map - Best 2/3 Rounds
>--> NxG attacks first | KOI attacks second | North-spawning clan attacks third
- No summoning
- No allies (Individuals or clans)
- No otherwise restrictions

With that, Thread Holder shall be considered Mediator (aka no powers and junk) for any war based on each case. This will be decided by Clan leaders or those involved in negotiations. In the case that the Thread Holders host clan is involved in the war, a third party will be decided. This information can be found under War Mechanics on the second page of the thread.


In other news

The Discord chat decided that Gold Key + 1 will be allowed in the Clan Leader Chat on discord. That will also be added on the second page under Mechanics.
