After awakening from a restful slumber, I rise to start my day. While walking past my bedroom door I notice a piece of parchment that has been slid under from the outside. It is a war declaration from Imperator Sound5leader. While I ready myself for the day I send a personal servant to deliver a message to my advisors, the message reads:

"Good day my faithful and wise advisors,

Some time throughout the wee hours of the morning a scroll was received from Imperator Sound5leader of the Noxious Gladiators. The Gladiators have declared war upon us once again, this time for the land claim of Seers. Please meet me in the chambers tonight at seven o' clock pm to discuss how we will respond to the Gladiator's declaration.

It seems that tensions are heating up between
Kingdom of Isafdar
and
The Noxious Gladiators
. The threats cast by Imperator Sound5leader have come to fruition with this latest war declaration. What does this mean for these neighboring armies? How shall the pieces fall? Those under the flag
Isafdar
have shown great prowess in the recent war but those of the
Gladiators
are known for their abilities on the battlefield. Only time will tell...Good Luck to both sides and let the battlefield be as exciting as it will be bloody!

The Thread Holder, Desert Spear has asked the clans of 103 to vote on a new law. This law shall determine if the Thread Holder will be mediator in all war discussions to help prevent any issues or conflicts as well as help suggest war terms if needed. This law will give no power to the Thread Holder in terms of war discussions and will specifically state that the Thread Holder have no power to alter, cancel, or demand anything in terms of war agreements (outside of administrative things like lists of people involved if it is needed).

In the case that the Thread Holder has stake in the war, another person will be chosen by both clan leaders to act as Thread Holder (aka mediate) for any war arrangements.

The voting options are as follows:

1. Yes, the Thread Holder shall mediate all war discussions in the future (with the above notions)
2. No, the clans can handle it. (Thus the Thread Holder shall do nothing other than assign a ref)
3. Yes, but on a Case-by-Case basis as requested by any of the clan leaders involved.

I ask that each clan vote on this so that it can be added to the thread as official law.
