I can't see the Kingdom of Zaros staying here much longer. The war declaration we made was declared before the bill was voted into effect, and allies being mandatory is absolutely stupid. I'm not going to sit here and watch w31 being constrained with red tape regulations as it has been time and time again in the past that ultimately led to its demise one after the other.

I also won't tolerate threats against me or my clan from anyone. Not from a clan individual or a clan as a whole.

Default rules:
- War is to be fought in clan wars purple portal
- EOC combat
- Everything but summoning allowed.
- Only allies from world 31 allowed.
- Attacking clan attacks first round and defends 2nd round; 3rd round is free for all.
- Default map is turrets.

I am going to have to vote against this because of the Default rules. Allies shouldn't be allowed under the Default rules.
