The
Kingdom of Ashdale
now formally states that we will
NOT
attack the capital of any nation unless that nation has been decidedly inactive.

This is to preserve the well being of the World 31 community and to keep it active. If we are ever to war all the way to a nation's capital, it will be similar to a siege, and we will allow the nation to only fight one battle to break the siege and claim a piece of land back as opposed to majority out of three.

We do not expect any other nations to follow our lead, this is just our stance on the matter.

Our definition of inactivity are as follows:

Five or less members
-
No recruitment thread posts in over two weeks
-
No posts on this thread in over two weeks
-
Failure to respond to war declarations

Proposed war terms:

+ Clans may only declare war once per week.
+ Lands can only be warred for one at a time, unless land of equal value is risked and the defending clan agrees to those terms.
+ Lands being warred for must be physically (Border, Railway, etc) linked to land you own; clans may pass through unclaimed lands or lands they have been given permission to cross in order to war.
+ Staff members may not ref for a war involving their clan as an active participant or an ally.
+ War declarations must be posted using the official application both on this thread and on the thread of the clan you wish to war.
+ If no agreement is reached between the warring clans within 4 days the default rules are used and the war is scheduled in the next 4 days (up to 8 days from the declaration)
+ Clans at war may not trade land or participate in a merge with a 3rd party.



Default rules:
- War is to be fought in clan wars purple portal
- EOC combat
- Everything but summoning allowed.
- Only allies from world 31 allowed.
- Attacking clan attacks first round and defends 2nd round; 3rd round is free for all.
- Default map is turrets.

The Kingdom of Zaros votes against the rules proposed above, as does the second representative and sole claimer Colonel Kate. 2 - 2 - 0 (2 for, 2 against, 0 abstain)

Also, the Kingdom of Zaros hereby declares war on the White Knights after a unanimous vote by the Supreme Council and then the National Assembly, and then further supported by a Public Forum of regular citizens.

Combat War Declaration


Clan Declaring: Kingdom of Zaros
Clan being attacked: White Knights
Land Staked: Varrock
Land wishing to gain: Falador
Time/Date: Sunday 31st of August, 6pm GM*

War rules are to be negotiated between my General Laughrob, and whoever the White Knights delegate. Negotiations will take place in my POH in Yanille. Although one thing we will not budge on is the allies rule. Absolutely no allies allowed.
