W31 Council meeting of August ’14 meeting notes:
+~ Burgoyne has ****.
+~ It has been decided that all land claims will be reset.
+~ Each clan may claim one piece of land per 24 hours, while only being able to claim one land for every 15 members in the clan. The maximum number of lands a clan can claim is 10. (After 150 members all clans are equal) Land can be acquired by means of war or trading even if it exceeds the limit.
+~ The starting claims for each clan (Capital) are
Ashdale
for Kingdom of Ashdale,
Varrock
for Kingdom of Zaros,
Falador
for the White Knights and
Ghorrock
for Infernal Pheonix.
+~ Individuals may not claim large cities or towns. Youyou and Bowie have claimed
Sinclair Mansion
and
Varrock Palace
as their individual lands, respectively.
+~ Kate Upton, uhh Col Kate* from KOZ claims Keep le Faye as her individual claim.
+~ The Council will be held once per month, or in case of emergencies. Each clan gets 2 votes while individuals get 1 vote each.
+~ Bowie has been elected as the official thread holder and Youyou has been chosen as the council meeting host. Youyou’s title will be his most magnificent awesomeness and everyone is to refer to him as that. Totally not that other title which isn’t at all true or anything ever.
