Already was addressed. Clans can't anymore, these people already held claims before a new rule was passed on it and that's why they do. It would be helpful if the thread was up to date honestly so these miscommunications weren't a thing anymore.

Also, I see Burg is making some friends, glad to see the sportsmanship of world 31 shining true today!

Why did you respond then if you wanted the conversation to be over? Some of these other clans may bow down and let you do whatever you want, but I'm not going to do that. The Lex's were here partially for that "Golden Age" and it wasn't that great. The whole reason people think it was so "amazing" was because of the activity in the community. How can there be activity in this community? You won't allow the 6 other votes you have to be active.

They should still be allowed to vote freely, you shouldn't be allowed to vote for them to begin with. You should ONLY be allowed to vote for the KOZ, your clan. You keep talking about how you want w31 to rise from the dead, but when you have one person have so much power over the voting system it makes people leave and the community dies. You are killing the w31 community. They are more than capable of posting their votes, and if they don't want to vote you shouldn't be able to vote for them.

Since everyone did not like the wording structure of my last proposal; here is my new proposal.

1. All clans and individual claimers must apply as themselves, not on behalf of anyone else.

2. All clans and individuals must wait a one week probation period before being allowed to vote or participate in open discussion at Community meetings.

3. Unions may not vote on behalf of those clans or individuals within.

4. Clans may not vote on behalf of other individuals.

5. Individuals may not vote on behalf of other individuals.

6. One must express their opinion on the topic prior to voting.

7. Non-members will not be allowed to claim land or participate in meetings or poll voting. Lands will be revoked if inactive and they do obtain membership within a month.

Well the staking idea proposed wasn't half bad, better than the original garbage that was suggested. Still seems like the largest clans or unions essentially have a landslide advantage over the smaller ones with the staking system. Regardless, I do find it a rather crude observation to state that the white knights and Lex Legacy simply vote with Ash no matter what. Firstly I'd like to point out for those that can read that I started an argument against it, and then backed it up with multiple points of valid reasoning. That was my personal opinion on it and when posted I spoke only for myself. My clan just happened to see the logic in my ideas, and it lined up with that of the other clans and individuals who voted the same way. So in the future, kindly refrain from considering me or The clan for that matter, brainless lapdogs who blindly follow others. Other people in the community already seem to have a firm grasp on that Nobel Title.
