Well if capitals don't, it would be 135, not 130 due to the magic of multiplication. Also why would capitals count? That would make a 15 member minimum to any clan joining the community. I agree that we need to vote.

Me and Youyou were discussing this just now, and I am calling a vote on it.

I personally don't care because I have one claim left or two with capitals not counting. But the reason is, if I were to win the war against the White Knights today, they would be forced to leave World 31 because they would be unable to claim Seers Village. I do not see why capitals would count. It seems only fair that they shouldn't, given that newer, smaller clans are quite limited in what they can claim and they would therefore be more deterred and less willing to participate in the community. If they were allowed to have one claim after their capital, it might get them in the swing of things.

The Kingdom of Zaros votes against capitals being considered one of your ten claims.

And as of yesterday, the Holy Zarosian Empire of World 31 has been established. To act as a Union of sorts (or a political faction) in World 31. The Empire includes all of the private claimers inside Asgarnia and Misthalin, with the exception of Bowie who will probably not join.

Needless to say, the individual claimers above are acting as vassals in the Holy Zarosian Empire with KOZ being the mother state. The clients of this Union of sorts also agree to allow one another free passage (without having to post it on here and notify everyone) indefinitely. I.E., any member can travel through other members' lands without posting formally here.

With that being said, I will ask them all to post here to confirm their membership, but for now you can guess that these people will be voting alongside myself in saying that capitals should not count as one of your ten claims.
