The major reason for the decline was its age and the departure of myself and many other core members. I led N+J POC for 3 years and was honestly burnt out of RS at that time. Many of our senior members were getting on less and less, and my motivation for playing was dwindling as well. We had such a huge core of senior members that had all been a part of the POC for so long, that when all of our interests started to decline as we grew older, the POC started to fall apart as well.
One of the biggest things I would go back and change is making there a better division of power in the POC. I controlled just about everything that happened in N+J, from leading events, posting on the forums, coordinating wars, and just about anything else you can think of. I loved every bit of it, but the POC became extremely dependent on me for leadership and that was one of its biggest downfalls and my biggest regrets. When I left RS and the POC, I think it changed everything. I left one of our most senior members and probably most respected member, Ghostdre, in charge of the POC. He was a great leader but just did not have the time to devote to running a clan, and he left a few months later. This began a cycle of several new leaders, including Zoinkwiz, Powerrock, Double A 119. After myself and Ghostdre left, it was not the same N+J that remained. I believe the last time I saw N+J being (somewhat) actively run was by Double A sometime in 2012 or 2013.
In 2013(?) I came back briefly and joined the clan New Age Assassins led by Final Nova. I participated in a few wars and events over the course of a few months while working on my goal of 99 range/mage. I would mostly only play over the summers due to college during the year, but was always pulled back once school was out lol. Now you can find me on OSRS!
