It was a good few years before I joined a clan. The first one was a 'merc*' clan in 2007 I think. Found it on the forums. Original right? After I applied they interviewed me asking which items I would flip atm etc. I guess they wanted to see if I knew what I was doing. What I didn't know was what they were doing. Turns out it was a price manipulation clan which up until that point I had never heard of. Wasn't long after the GE was released so would have been pretty new. They did offer to let me in on the act but I didn't much like the idea so I dumped the item they were using early and left. Zirak Kingdom

I wouldn't describe myself as moralistic but it did seem unethical. That didn't lead me directly to POC's. I spent a while in Hunt4stars. They hunted for stars... I think they may still be going? I was working towards 99 mining so it made sense to hang out there.

I'd been interested in role playing since I first read Steve Jackson and Ian Livingston books when I was young. Played DD at times.. that kind of thing. I was interested in trying it out ingame which is what led me to KOV in early 2009. Zirak Kingdom

Was just looking through the forums. Changed my username for the one and only time just before I joined as Laindann was the character I made for ingame rp. When I joined Yugi and Yar were king and queen. I didn't really know how things worked so I just behaved in character most of the time at first and my forum posts tried to address whatever was going on in a creative and playful way. There didn't seem to be much role play taking place on the forums so it seemed like a sound plan. I imagined everyone did that for some reason but it wasn't w42 haha. I kept that up for a wee while. The good thing was it seemed to get a positive response and kicked off some forum rp again, for a while anyway.

I joined MOV and Yars family at first. Good times. Overall it was the best clan experience I had had up until that point. Zirak Kingdom

It was alright I guess. As I recall it largely consisted of standing listening to the popes sermon which limited creativity role play wise. Events like market day I found to be much more enjoyable. I wasn't there very long.

I was promoted to AC pretty quickly which was the old name for the head of MOFA I think it's called now. I get on well with just about everyone most of the time and I think that was recognized so I was given the job. Last time I looked some of the material from my old thread was still in use but now that there are private forums I can't check up on it. Guess that was my er legacy... a paragraph haha. My main contribution wasn't on w83 but on w31. This was around the time big guy 3000 and his black knights took control of w31 in double quick time. I don't recall the name of the clan KOV was allied with come to think of it. I dealt mostly with Professor Roi. He was in at the deep end of the political situation there and came to KOV for help to overthrow big guy 3000 who had upset pretty much everyone it seemed. They had a team of maxed combat players who were way better than anyone else at warring but their numbers were pretty small.

So I helped arrange the showdown and KOV sent in its finest. KOV was excellent at warring and played a key role in ending big's tyranny. Zirak Kingdom
