Start over. Make all current and interested clans give away all of their land except for one piece (e.g. KOV keeps North Varrock, EOF keeps Falador, etc.) and re-elect leaders . Then have people stake claims and war over land. Constant drama, new alliances, roleplay, what w83 should be about. It's never gonna happen, but would be fun as all hell if it did and would certainly give the community the boost it needs right now.

You are the second person to say this. How interesting. I do think, though, that if leaders were elected most clans would elect their current ones with the exception of (maybe) KOV depending on the backlash lol.
