The early years of Runescape saw several Mafia pop up over the years prior and alongside to our timeline, they were often standalone clans popular amongst F2P worlds partaking in Pking and free trade, others evolved from early F2P clans into Mafia genre and even eventually join the network. Our history begins at the end of 2006 with the formation of two families and an alliance

:: Mafia City, Verona Family & The Network
Late 2006 saw the creation of two families, Mafia City and The Verona Family by their Dons, Mattyworrier and Roan De Wise. Each had prior leadership experience, Matty from leading an ingame Mafia until this point, and Roans involvement in Medici Corp, running his own nightclub. Upon meeting their goals aligned and they formed an unbreakable alliance, an alliance which would be expanded upon as new families arrived on the scene to form the backbone of what we call the network today.
