go to the citadel, theres a billboard that kinda looks like a square X shape, you click it and you can set them up, then you can use the clan chat settings to broad cast it

I can try to do events but I'd do events like go to the ge and participate in the drama that is always present there or drink everytime the recently legal drug, bernie, trump or sanders is mentioned at the ge.

We'll at least drama is always present in the ge on osrs lol And I swear I'm not going to let her know all the pain I have known

You've got to find the drama spot in whichever world you're logged into, it might be a bank instead of the GE. Take someone with you, dance with them, and talk trash about other people while boasting about your RS bank account.
