I know im not aloud to vote.. But! in my opinion it should continue as is for the exact reason that Mysterious paper hat man pointed out it would give people accses to go to practically anywhere on RS the only kinda good thing i could see out of this is that it might turn Zanaris into a giant warzone :P

@Ugig,

I do feel like I under-estimate Rose somewhat, I cannot help it when she leaves much to be desired. But what she says is so incoherent to what she does and when she resorts to an aggressive and/or defensive personality.

I'd just rather she brought the Royal Empire up and out of the doldrums, for it's revitalisation may benefit W31. Not in needless conflict but to actually show that this World still has a vibrancy that people can enjoy.

The Royal Empire is in a phase, a dormant state. But. This does not mean it can not wipe out it's enemies just as good as it would an average clan. In fact, it would do better. So don't worry my dear.

Rose 2110, you are a clan in a group of many others, follow the rules and not enforce them, for you are not in control of world 31, if other clans wish to join world 31 let them, it is good for us. I do not wish to be in the claims but my clan is of world 31 since 2008, I linger around Falador helping others. Rose you will actually need a clan of members to be in World 31(members world) you are not, when you get your membership back you should be able to make your claims then, until then listen to the leaders of these land claims.

When? I can get my membership back by putting in numbers, as I have explained very lovingly before. Plus I could quite easily do what so many are currently doing, sitting on their asses whilst having a membership, still claiming land. Hmm almost seems.... w31ish, don't you think?
Ohhh, and if I where in-charge of world 31 I wouldn't have the headcase that you are on it.
Why dear I do follow the rules, I am a veteran of world 31 and thus it would be quite odd if I, a veteran were to NOT enforce the rules.

Lovely Sir Taplin, when you've been around as long as I have and know world 31 better then me and have gone out of my way to make it a better place, come back to me and we'll have this discussion. Okay?
Until then I suggest staying quiet because frankly, this is none of your business it's actually between Kylantha and Myself. Which Kylantha, the very elegant lady that she is can fight her own battles and i'm sure would not require the assistance of yourself. But thank you for the offer. Vote, whether or not fairy rings should be allowed for claiming land.

Rose, you call yourself I veteran but I quite remember when you first came to world 31, I was here before you and I don't think you remember but I was one of the clans that helped create these land claims, I left for good reasons and this is one of them, people like you.
