@Ugig,

I do feel like I under-estimate Rose somewhat, I cannot help it when she leaves much to be desired. But what she says is so incoherent to what she does and when she resorts to an aggressive and/or defensive personality.

I'd just rather she brought the Royal Empire up and out of the doldrums, for it's revitalisation may benefit W31. Not in needless conflict but to actually show that this World still has a vibrance that people can enjoy.

Rose you have done nothing since the announcement of our return except find ways to bar us from W31. First it was "unwise" to let Shady Tales in. Now we are "inactive" in less than a week of even being accepted. If you truly wish to revive W31 do not make the mistake of thinking only your methods can revive it. The world should be working together to solve this problem, not sharpening ancient swords.

Royal Empires claim to Seers Village is accepted.

Dominion of Karagons claim to Tower of Life denied. As far as I'm sure, fairy rings are disabled for claiming land, and I believe that's the only way for leaving Zanaris?(I think the rings anyone can use go to Al Kharid and Lumbridge Swamp, which I assume wouldn't count with the other rings.) If the clans want to change the restrictions on that, or fully lift them, you guys may vote.

Now I was also aware that Big Guy quit. I will probably get hold one of the new Infinite Insanity leaders in-game or on the forums, to see what they want to do about their clan in the claims.

I'm on vacation again, so if I respond slowly, I'm deeply sorry.

There says nothing about Fairy Rings not being a viable method = And there was never anything against Fairy Rings when we passed the rule to have connected lands.

I'm pretty sure there is. Me and Katsu came up with the rule together, and I posted it when it was accepted. It specifically said no fairy rings and no gnome gliders, cause that was access to basically everything.
It was never clearly put on the rules, I guess, one more thing for me to add in.

Well if it was never clearly put in till someone attempted to use it, then why bring it up now? Have a simple revote I suppose.

I bring it up cause it is still a rule, regardless if someone was to lazy, or forgot about putting it on the thread. A revote won't due, cause the vote was that you had to be touching land by a certain means, so a vote to take off fairy rings could work(I actually suggested it)

Vote, whether or not fairy rings should be allowed for claiming land.

Kingdom of Varrock - I think they should be allowed on the premises that they have permission from the clan that owns Zanaris. Since we are allowed to travel through other lands that are not our long, with permission, of course; I think the same rule should be applied to Fairy Rings (ie. travel applications). So yes, if this it is done in this manner.
