As for the Vote, the II White Knights II vote yes, fairy rings should be able to be used, but the travel through rule should apply.


And my oh my, I smell a fierce argument. Battle of Lumbridge has got nothing on this, and we all know what a trash heap parts of Lumbridge are now because of it. So destructive, we certainly wouldn't want such an argument continuing.
