Oh and I don't play RS anymore really so if you would like I can make a new thread as a *record* for land claims. As in I'll just have a directory of lands and clans of W31, and will update it with any claims that seem reasonably legitimate (even if they collide with another's claim).

No rules or any of that crap, if you want to trade/invade/make sweet love within anyones land your free to do that on your own accord.
