you might want to bump down generals to 100m instead of 200m.
I seem to be the only one in the clan crazy enough to be above 200m clan exp atm hahaha and 70-200 seems like a big leap.

apart from that it all looks very good.
we might need to shuffle some of the ranks about according to these rules soon tho, cause i don't think it all adds up right now.

Unfortunately the hardest thing I ever have had to do on rs is close the clan completely
I want to thank the few who tried to help but citadel again got locked due to only 2 people able to cap over a few weeks .
Anyone who was in the clan if you come back to rs you can contact me to find out were most of the active members went.
Again finally thankyou to all clannies for joining Dragon whispers it is with sadness it had to close .
