Dragon Whispers was hatched on 9th July 2014
Newly created by myself and Older Heart (Jako) and just a small handful of our friends who have a great deal of faith in us to run one I hope we don't let you down, though it through friendship and teamwork that will keep us going and we look forward to being able to help build this clan up .


We have just re opened our citadel due to lack of members either being unable to cap or being non members now or maybe some have quit playing for a while so the upkeep was not met .So back to tier 1 we go and wanting to re build again.

CLAN RULES

1) Follow all Jagex rules. No exceptions.
2) Respect other clan members
3) Keep Clan Chat clean.
4) No racism or bullying will be tolerated EVER and will result in an instant kick, without a warning
5) No spamming
6) Do not ask for promotion
7) All conflicts are to be taken out of the cc
8) Do not argue with higher ranks. Higher ranks are there to help keep control in chat and keep it drama free. If you have a problem take it to pm or another chat.
9) No excessive advertising for buying or selling
10) Do not bring drama in the cc. If you can't be friendly leave
11) Do not beg or ask for free items (gifts are okay)
12) Owners and Administrators reserve the right to de-rank, ban/kick anyone not following these Rules.
13 )INACTIVITY :
If a member goes inactive for a more than 12months without any kind of notification to a admin or higher then the inactive individual will be demoted to corporal.

CLAN CITIDEL

WHO:
Please direct all Citadel questions to Selorac (owner)or one of the co owners

WHAT:
Citadel will be the clan's home base to hold meetings, events, battles and mini-games. The Citadel comes with a weekly upkeep cost, and that cost must be met each week if you want the citadel to be built up. The upkeep cost for a Citadel is paid by working at skill plots in your Citadel. We need to produce enough wood, food, stone and other materials to keep Citadel maintained. Therefore, it is appreciated if members can cap that they reach their cap weekly before the build tick
WHERE:
Clan camp in Falador by entering the portal.

WHEN:
The build tick is an event that occurs once a week per clan. Then all upgrades and downgrades occur, all layout changes are made, upkeep costs are paid, all structures are built that is paid for with our collected resources.

WHY:
This gives the clan an opportunity to unite and work together. In addition, having a home base to call our own that we created. We can work our way up to tier 7 and obtain the clan dragon!

HOW:
Step through the portal, collect the resources needed that week. You can also teleport directly to the portal by your clan vexillum (Cape and vexillum obtained from the Clan Scribe at clan camp)
*To be courteous to others, gather ore/charcoal/bars in equal amounts please. Also this helps to not waste resources gathered.

SKILLING BONUS XP:
To earn the bonus XP you must contribute enough to the clan resource pool. When you have done so, you will receive a message in your chatbox telling you that you have earned a bonus. You can collect your boost from the Quartermaster and it will be added to your bonus XP pool. Boost can be chosen from which plots are available at the time.

Remember to try and cap please especially if you want the citadel built up and gain the xp .

FEALTY
:
With each build tick you can earn fealty with your clan for contributing resources. If you contribute enough resources then your fealty will increase and you will earn a bonus to all XP gained whilst skilling within the Citadel.

You can have up to 3 ranks of fealty which will provide you with a 15% XP boost for each rank you gain. You become eligible for clan fealty once you have gained a bonus XP boost within the Citadel.

If you have a fealty of rank 3, you can right click your Clan cloak and claim an additional XP reward in any skill, suitable for your level, once a week.

Fealty also adjusts the appearance of your Clan cloak, showing off decorative stars for the fealty rank that you currently have.

You can lose fealty should you not contribute enough resources to your clan in a week. Your rank will go down by 1 each week that you do not meet the resource contribution requirements.

CLAN AVATAR
:
A designated Avatar warden may summon and choose a buff for the avatar.
Each member must pay 300 Anagogic orts weekly to reap the benefits of the Avatars buffs.
Provides a 6% Bonus to anyone training nearby, and 3% to anyone training in the same world.

We would like to build up our Clan Citadel to its highest tier and enjoy all the benefits. Therefore, we would like everyone that is a member to do as much as possible in collecting resources.

Capping resources is mandatory for all members at least till we get it built up
