I agree with Lwut and Stocky.

What I have been doing behind the scenes is PM'ing smileys that contribute in the fc and ask if they want to split. Even, if its for 15-30 min. I'll give them an easy line to manage so they don't feel overwhelmed etc. Just trying to get them used to price checking and showing them how easy it is once you get used to it.

In addition, I have invited folks to the cc that might be rubbing people the wrong way or are confused with the FC. Great help in the CC!


*Also, congrats on the price checking this month. Good to see new faces contributing. Much appreciated.
