Ranges:

~ A range can only be changed when we have a sample of more than 5 trades ideally it should be 7-10 but if it's being extremely volatile then you can use less trades.

~ Trades used to decide a range should be all trades since the last range change but weighted by time.

~ All trades should be posted of the forums by either the current pcer or the trader as the prices used to change a range are gathered from the forums.

~ When a range is changed it should be posted on the forums as well as the trades that were taken into account and the ranks involved.

~ When ranks feel there should be a range discussion it will be announced in the fc and the discussion will take place in 90weaps pc clan chat. Anyone can join and contribute their thoughts. However at least 3 kick ranks should agree with the range change.

~ Trades involving kos players are disregarded unless a trusted individual reports it.

~ Everyone reporting a trade should state exactly what the trade was, I.E 2000m and 10m shards. They must also report who they sold/bought off, this applies to everyone.

~ When the trade involves other range items the lowest range items mid price should be used to determine the trades price. If for example someone uses a wand to buy a blue that should not be reported to 90weaps pc.

~ Any trade between a rank higher than a corporal does not need to be confirmed to update a range, list them as any other confirmed trade. For the rank who made the trade still please try to get the other party to confirm. (under certain circumstances we may ask you the rank to get the other side to confirm for us to take the trade)

Demotions

These will be done every month in line with rank upkeep. After the months end the hours will be counted and ranks who do not keep up with upkeep will be demoted 1 rank. The upkeep works as followed:

A player wishing to keep their friend status to the chat must pc 1 hour a month

A player wishing to keep their rank status (recruit - sergeant) in the chat and all that goes with it must pc 5 hours a month

A player wishing to keep their officer rank (bronze-Gold stars) in the chat must pc 10 hours a month

~ Few exceptions will be made

~ As well as monthly totals will carry over for example: if I were to pc 20 hours in 1 month the 10 extra hours will carry over to the next month.

- other exceptions that will be made will be many contributions towards the chat "many" must be inline with your hour/upkeep level these will be reviewed by officers in the chat if you have done enough w/o hourly upkeep.

Contributing the chat includes but is not limited to: Pcing, conflicting, updating,
updating the forums
, kicking, maintaining order and keeping the google doc up to date. Basically any action that has a positive effect on the chat.

"It's nice to see these new weapons are traded over max cash. It has already attracted a lot of wealthy people and not just people who flip everything for 1m. It's great to pc some expensive items once in awhile, showing that we pc different weapons at a variety of prices.

I know Nyam probably created the range guide lines as a rough draft, but there are still some things I would like to be clarified by either Nyam/Moneyhold or an agreement together.
Do unconfirmed trades get used when creating/updating the price range? Are they weighted the same as a confirmed trade or slightly less? The guide lines never mentioned this, only saying the most recent trade should have the most weighting. This is 90weaps pc, and we deal with ranges a bit differently than r quark."
