Well...

One, I am on the forums nearly every day for hours at a time, so updates will be constant and up to date.

I won't commit corruption, nor appeasement, if you got a problem, settle it with the other person don't look to me to give you an advantage, I'm only meant to hold the thread and document claims and such.

Those who do not follow the few rules we have will first be told about it, and if they continue to ignore the rules, they will be removed. We won't have another what was it... Kingdom of Saradomin or something, coming in and acting like they run the show.

I will ensure the thread is clean of spammers, and a zero tolerance for spammers.

I will never try to do more than what the position of threadholder is allowed to do. Thread holders are just that, they are meant to keep the thread up to date, nothing more, a boundary that has been overstepped many times in the past, and I will make sure this does not happen.

I will do my best to make sure all rules are created fairly, and are posted so clearly, that not even the best lawyer (or Juliana <.< ) can come around making loopholes.

And that is about all I have at the moment.

With Land Claims and war settlements, I will not give favor to either side, I will look into the actual evidence, the facts, who followed the rules, what went on, and I will do my best to prevent an unfair decision, I won't give bias or favor to either side, I will go along with the rules at the time of the incident, and make a decision based on only the facts.
