7) Clean up phase (After every kill)

Everyone is RESTRICTED TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER ONLY. If you need to recharge your prayer, do it fast.

This is to minimise the chances that the tanker slips.

At no point in time should anyone rely on the Zamorak Godsword's Special, Ice Cleave , to save them.

Nobody should attack the Boss, until it is clear that the E/C is the one being targetted.

A Quick Note about K'ril Tsutsaroth (Boss), is that he can POISON up to 160 damage. His Melee attacks can hit up to 600+ if you do not have Protect from Melee. He can also unleash an attack that is unblockable by prayers that can deal up to 400+ Damage. His range and magic attacks can also hit up to 300+.

FAQ on Godwars (Zamorak)

1 ) The Dragon Spear's Special Attack Shove, DOES NOT WORK against the Boss. Hence you will not be able to get the Boss off you this way.

2 ) Familiars can Damages the Boss and his Lieutenants pretty well.

3 ) The Spirit Wolf Familar's Special Attack Howl, DOES NOT WORK against the Boss. Hence you will not be able to get the Boss off you this way.

4 ) Even though Demons are weak against magic, a MAGIC ATTACK BONUS of +80 or more is needed to be SUCCESSFUL in casting holding spells on K'ril Tsutsaroth should you want to bring them.

5 ) The Zamorak Godsword Special Ice Cleave which has been buffed, Has a 97% Accuracy Rate, so if you're unsure about going, have someone bring it.

6 ) Lunar Magic allows transfer of your special attack energy to another player, this may allow you to ice cleave for 4 kills in a row. (If your tanker misses 4 times in a row, Fire him)

7 ) Using low leveled Magic spells such as wind bolt, wind strike may give you the upper hand in getting First Strike on the boss (Luring him to you)

8 ) Melee - Though the " Strange Dancing Effect " has improved, there is still a chance that you may get in the way of the E/C so unless you're really good at positioning, I'd advise Ranged.

AVIANSIES GUIDE

Avainsies are flying bird man things in the God Wars Dungeon, mainly in the Armadyl area. They are great for ranged xp and for money. They drop noted Adamanite Bars (4), rune daggers (p+ and p++ (only the lvl100's drop P++)) and runite limbs. The bars go for about 2.3k each, the runite limbs high alch for about 9kish and the daggers high alch for about 4.8k each. Avainsies can only be killed by range or mage. This guide is for rangers as i have never maged them, most people recommend that you shouldn't as it costs a lot on runes.

Recommended Skills

60+ strength or 60 agility to enter the god wars dungeon
65+ range (70 if you want to use ideal setup and go into Armadyl area)
55+ mage for high alching
70+ def for ideal setup and lets you stay there for longer

Recommened Quests

Death Plateau (is a must!)
Edgar** Ruse (shortens time taken to get to GWD)

Getting there

For those who have not been to God Wars before, either use trollheim tele and then run north (using protect from range past the trolls) then go past the rock, talk to the knight and use your rope on the hole. Stay away from the north of the GWD dungeon because that is where the Bandos' monsters are, and seeing as you don't have a Bandos' item you'd get piled. If you have 70+ Ranged, and if you want to, then equip your Mithril grapple and go over to the Armadyl area and start your rampage. If not then go south from where you enter and you'll see some Aviansies.

There are two main ways to kill Aviansies, using the Prayer Method or using the Tanking Method.

What to take

16 prayer potion (4) (Prayer Method only!)
50-100 Bones to peaches tabs
A one click tele
100 Nature runes
500 Fire runes
2 Law + 2 Fire runes for trollheim tele
2 Ranged Potion
Excalibur (using spec for def bonus) or 1 super def pot
A rope (if you have not been there before)
A Mithril Grapple (if you have 70+ ranged and want to go into the Armadyl area)
The rest can be filled with sharks or bett

What to wear

Weapon: Rune Crossbow
Quiver: Mithril Bolts
Sheild: Crystal Shield, or Dragonfire, or Granite. If you cant get hold of a sara or zammy item then put holy or unholy book.
Neck: Pendant of Armadyl
Boots: Best boots with ranged xp you can wear, Ranger boots or snakeskin. If you haven't done Edgar* Ruse then you will need to take climbing boots.
Ring: Archers ring or Ring of Life. I have heard that ring of wealth lowers the chance of getting addy bar drops, i haven't tried using it though.

For Prayer Method:
Head: Saradomin mitre (or zammy)
Cloak: Zammy Cloak / Cape (or sara) cloak is better as it gives prayer bonus
Top: Monks Robe
Bottom: Proselyte cuisse or tasset (or initiate)
Gloves: The best vambraces you can wear

For Tank Method:
Head: Torags Helm
Cloak: Ava Accumulator
Top: Sara or Zammy D'hide Top
Bottom: Torag's Legs, Or Verac's Skirt
Gloves: Sara or Zammy Bracers

If you are finding it hard to get the zammy or sara items then you may have mix and match. Just be warned that if you wear melee armour then Ava Accumulator won't work.

The Prayer Method

It is usually used by people who do not have 70+ range. I recommend it to 65+ rangers. Use protect from range prayer. When you've used up a prayer potion then drop the vial and pick up some bones.

The Tank Method

This is for people who have 70+ ranged and 70+ defence. Pick up bones when you have free inventory space for when you run out of sharks. I always save one shark just incase. Use your range and def pots or Excalibur when you need to. The first time i went to Aviansies with this method I made 1.6mil and got around 550 kills. I also went up from 70 ranged to 72.

Both methods

Keep addy bars and the good herbs that avies drop and alch rune daggers and rune limbs. They also drop level 3 clue scrolls. When you have all the bones you can hold then use a bones to peaches tablet (a peach heals 80 hp). Always remember not to steal people's avies as i

DAGANNOT* KING GUIDE

The Dagannot* Kings although being a very good way of making money, they are EXTREMELY DANGEROUS if u are unsure what your doing. DO NOT take anything to the kings that u are afraid to loose or that u may not have returned if your team mates are not trustworthy.
The Dagannot* Kings can be found at the final level of the Waterbirth Island Dungeon.
The Kings are all level 303. , Supreme uses ranged and can hit 300s without payer, Rex uses melee and can hit 300s without prayer, Prime uses magic and can hit mid 500s without prayer.

Combat Levels Recommended
For All:
70+ defence, as barrows is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED but if you don* want to risk it then it also means you wont last as long.
50+ prayer is a must here due to the speed in which things can go wrong.
Tele-grab will be needed and recommended for all classes and if your prayer isnt very high then u have the added danger of running out of prayer at a bad time.

For Supreme:
80+ attack
80+ strength

For Rex:
60+ magic
55 slayer

For Prime:
75+ range

Useful Non-combat Skills

43+ Herblore for making ur own prayer potions.
33+ Farming for growing ranarrs to keep costs down.
76+ Fishing and 80+ Cooking for sharks.
72+ Construction for offering up dag bones and for making tabs.
40+ Agility for faster run recovery and longer distances.

What Each Member is Responsible For

Mage
Attacking Rex as soon as possible to keep him from wondering towards the rangers and meleers there when they go to attack the Supreme, keep auto-cast on when u do not have any other weapon equipped.

Rangers
Keeping Prime distracted from hitting anyone else in the room who may not have mage protect on.
Not getting too close to Supreme and getting the whole range and melee group attacked by him.

Meleers
- Not luring Supreme towards ranger and mages, because Supreme can do some damage when you dont have range prayer on

Getting There

Start by getting your team together at Seers bank. When everyone is there and has everything they need then begin heading North-West up the path towards the Fremenic town. When you reach the gates walk north east again to the dock where Jarvald is waiting and choose to travel to Waterbirth island.

When you arrive on the island head west between the barriers until you come to what looks like a monsters mouth. Wait here for a few seconds to ensure everyone checks their stuff once more and that their auto-retaliate is off. When this I done choose to enter or go in, I dont mind dying and as you go in the compass will be turned around slightly. Run as Far East until you see 3 gates with a big button on either side of the gates. The best one to choose is the north one as the giant rock crabs don* hit as much and dont always need prayer to get through. When you get to the gate have a player stand on the north button and another on the south, then click on the gates to open them while still standing on the buttons.

When the gates are open you can either run through or use melee protect until you come to a small barrier that looks like a headstone. For this you will need your mage to quip his rune throwing axes and use the special, then throw one at the gate closest to them (west barrier for rock crab gate, north or south for the wallasalki gate and west for the Dagannot* rangers).

When the gates fall down as they normally should (if only one does then wait for them to stand u and try again) then enter ONLY when you have mage protect ON and then go down the ladder. The first floor has some wallasalki but if you have mage prayer on then you will be fine, run or walk to the ladder and go down.

Immediately change payer to range and climb the next ladder. When you come up you will be on a floor with more giant rock crabs where you can pray or walk past to recover run energy

When you go down the next ladder change prayer to range and go west to the down ladder IMEDIATELY change prayer to mage and leave it on for the next 3 floors until you come to a floor with giant rock crabs. The next floor you go down, change prayer to range and run to the ladder east and go up. This floor gives everyone a chance to heal with guthans if they have it.

Once you are full hp (if you healed) then go down the next ladder and change to melee protect and walk through to the ladder. When you come down onto the 2nd last floor keep melee protect on until you are south of the ladder and not being attacked by any lobsters or wandering dagannoths (level 88 or 90). Once you are in a safe spot then turn all prayer off and wait until 60 run energy or more depending on your agility level.


Once in the Lair

When EVERYONE is ready then say ready and if the others are good to go then drink a dose of sara brew (if you have super defence then drink this), super restore potion and super-anti poison. Then get the mage to run out first, follow about 4 or 5 seconds after and equip mage protect. If you are a melee or hybrid then drink a dose of super attack and super strength, equip poisoned dagger if you have or hally for hybrids.
When you go past the ranging dagannoths you should be able to see a ladder going down, if the mage has gone down then wait a few seconds and head down WITH MAGE PRAYER ON!!!! I have seen so many people use range, melee or even no prayer as they enter and unless prime hits under 40** for the first few then you have no chance of getting out alive

MAGE runs half way into the lair and casts dart at the rex once and then runs as far east until they reach the waters edge, then either go slightly north where you will see a small amount of oddly shaped land where you should be on the northern part of there, or go south east and a few spaces north east of the skeletons (staying as close to the water as you can) and if rex doesnt come at you and attack then you know you have the right spot. If you dont get the spot right then DO NOT PANIC! If this happens then simply go to the other safespot (keeping mage prayer on always unless prime is dead then you can change to melee protect until your in the correct spot). Then continue to attack rex using auto cast slayer dart and my advice is NEVER TURN MAGE PRAYER OFF WHILE YOU ARE MAGING. When rex is dead then collect the drop/bury the bones (great free prayer exp and there are no longer any random events that affect your trip) then wait a few spaces away from your maging position of equip your spear and heal on the spinolyps until he spawns in the middle of the lair, as soon as e appears then hit him with a dart cast and then run back to your safespot

DO NOT wait too long to attack rex if anyone of your team mates are still in then they may be hit full on by rex and this can sometimes cause major problems for everyone (see problems for ways to solve this).

If this does happen and the meleers run east then loop north and then back to supreme, dont just hit rex from afar and wait for him, go close to him and get him to attack you (dont always have to be within range of rex to attract his focus away from the meleers).

You will usually be the last person from the team to leave the lair so when the others are gone take EXTRA care that you keep health high and you dont stand too far out or else prime will begin t attack and there isnt any way to get him to stop by yourself (unless you have a bow on you which you shouldnt anyway).

MELEERS should enter and immediately attack the Supreme with mage prayer on still (when prime is dead while attacking supreme then you can change to range protect but no other time). Once supreme is killed then change to mage protect and run directly north till you get to the water and then follow the waters edge until you reach a small mound that slopes north toward the water, once there keep mage prayer on until the rangers have prime under control.

If the rangers have prime under control and your not in too much trouble with your hitpoints then you can turn prayer off and save some potions. If your having problems with being hit then keep either mage or range prayer on and heal (food or use guthans to heal ONLY on the ones that are right on the waters edge close to you).

When the rangers have killed prime then take a look and see if supreme is there, if he isnt there within 10 seconds then skip the kill because unless your of a high combat then you wont have time to kill supreme before prime spawns. If supreme is there then switch to range prayer and run out, kill him then the second he is dead switch to mage prayer and run to your safe spot.

If prime and/or rex spawns while killing supreme then see problems and resolutions. If youre a melee then a lot of the time youre the 2nd of 3 classes to leave (range tends to run out of food or prayer potions first, then meleers and mages will usually be last to go) so when the rangers are on their last kill just teleport.

If they leave without saying anything and you still attacking supreme then beware of prime and just kill supreme and tele when you have the drop. Its a good idea to keep health high and if you get any food drops and youre using guthans then its a good idea to take as much as you can and drop some food for your rangers as the longer they stay then the longer you stay aswell

RANGERS need to run to the safe spot of the mound near the waters edge that is at north east end of the island lair. Once there then drink a dose of range pot (eat if you have to or wait to heal with guthans if your hybrid) and begin to attack prime. Stay in the shadow of the mound (the north side of it) until prime is dead, if you dont stay in the shadow side then supreme may wander closer if you dont have meleers there and supreme will hit very often hard on rangers (see problems for ways to stop or resolve this).

When prime is dead then use tele0grab if supreme is not being attacked by your meleers or if meleers are taking care of him then put range protect on and run to get our drop. If you did*t get the drop and you see something you like DO NOT RUN OUT unless supreme is still being attacked and make sure your mage prayer is ON then run and get the item that takes your fancy. When prime respawns is best to try and wait until he is reasonably close and then begin your attack.

If he is too far and you attack him then you may run forward and possibly into the path of supreme where its almost impossible to escape unless prime is very close to being dead. In the event of this happening then DO NOT switch to any other prayer, either wait until prime is dead and then switch to range or you have your meleers (they wont be happy if you put them into this situation) go and attack the supreme which stops him from attacking you.

If you do need to leave for any reason then tell EVERYONE in your team if you cant say anything before you tele then let them know immediately after you are out. If you have time to tell your team mates then ensure everyone knows whats going on and so your meleers dont go to supreme with the risk of prime killing them if you're the only ranger left

KING BLACK DRAGON GUIDE

The KBD has three types of attacks:

1- Melee: he hits up to 350 with this, so DONT use mage prayer and instead DO use melee prayer
2- Fireball: he hits you with a fireball like the metal dragons, anti fire shield will absorb most, and anti fire pots will either stop the rest or minimize damage.
3-Snowball: no way to stop this, but doesn't hit hard, at most an 80
4-Poison ball: sometimes will poison you, its max hit is like and 50

Ranging the KBD
DONT do this unless you have too many darts and think about suiciding the bloodiest way possible.

Maging the KBD
DONT do this unless you want to give him a bath, because just one of every 10 attacks wont splash him

Melee the KBD
DO melee the KBD. In my point of view it works really well, you hit better than with range and mage and harder. I recommend someone bringing a DDS and the others an alternative weapon such as d scimmy, * long or whip

Ten*89 goes to solo the KBD with a lot of success. His secrets arent always revealed so pay attention

THE GREAT METHOD TO KILL KBD:

WEAR:
head- the initiate proselyte
top- best d hide (not god thingies)
bottom- best d hide/ the initiate proselyte.... thingies
cape- legends/ god cape/ clan cape
ammy- str/power/def, whatever you can think of thats useful (no nature ammy or binding necklace)
ring- wealth/ life
boots- climbing recommended
weapon- whip/DDS/d scimmy/* long
shield- ANTIFIRE SHIELD (unless you want to become a burnt shrimp)
INVENT:
1-2 super sets
2 anti-poison
3-4 prayer pots
3 anti-fires (THEY DO WORK)
FOOD!!!! (they should heal 16 or above) DONT bring noobish food such as shrimps or bread or ill make sure you dont survive the trip to KBD. NO turtles or manta rays (protect wildlife!!) also; DO NOT WALK TO KBD LAIR. USE PORTAL
