Where are you getting those numbers from Buff? There are many MANY more RWT'ers still going strong on youtube and they only banned a few according to what I've seen so far.
Also, to paraphrase a good post:

For months on end, they have shown time and time again that they turn a blind eye to even the most blatant bots. How can you possibly expect them to accept praise for this 'tool' they're using and being almost a YEAR late with it at that?

There are still many bots out there. Case in point: 'arrogantsnow' clan. 149 members and 12b+ experience. ALL maxed in hunter and nothing else.
To tag on a bit of a positive note:
FINALLY some bans.
Relevancy note: less bots means less lag
