. The rules certainly do exist!
Edit: Ooooh, I get it. Yeah there was a "loop hole" with the rules. We have since fixed it so there's no more ambiguity *at all*. The wronged party decided that they didn't feel wronged after all and the other person was very sorry, so we went with a temp ban for that special occasion.
